bullet

02-19-02 --- TMRK Will no longer be distributing any Shrox Aerospace related products.

bullet

01-30-02 --- Due to increased costs, we've been forced to raise our prices on parachutes and a couple of our kits.  We are currently looking for ways to reduce costs on raw materials.  When we find a new supplier for some of our materials, we will then pass the cost savings on to you.

bullet

11-16-01 --- If you're interested in getting a Juno-1 kit by Christmas, you'll need to have your order in by 11-30-01.

bullet

10-03-01 --- Due to increased costs, we've been forced to raise our prices on some of our kits.  The rest of our kits and parts will get price increases soon as well.

bullet

03-17-01 --- Our Juno-1 kit is now in production and shipping.  Pricing is $95.00.  Extra motor mounts for this kit run $8.50.  When ordering, please state in the comments section if you'd like to purchase an extra motor mount at this special pricing.

bullet

02-25-01 --- You guys asked for it so I've started adding more photos of our Juno 1 to the site.  Check them out.  More are coming!  You may have noticed we have a fancier looking logo.  Our thanks go to Doug over at Shrox Aerospace for making it look more spiffy.  I've added a pic or our G-Series kits and our fine looking TMRK logo cap.  Lastly, check out the Sneak Previews page to see what we have in the works.  I've just added pics of our latest project.  This is sure to please the scale rocket buff!

bullet

02-21-01 --- We are now accepting pre-orders for our 1/17.5 Super Sport Scale Juno 1 / Jupiter C kit. Unfortunately, our original pricing was slightly off. We  originally started this kit over a year ago, and our cost for the parts and supplies have gone up since then.

The list price of the kit will be $95 plus $6.75 shipping/insurance. All pre-orders received prior to 3/15/01 will receive a 10% discount off the list price, putting it at $85.50 plus shipping/insurance. All pre-orders received prior to 3/15/01 will ship on 3/15/01.

There are over 70 pieces to this kit. It includes a 36" nylon chute for the booster and an 18" nylon chute for the nose & satellite assembly (they separate and come down individually). The booster uses a Kevlar shock cord. The nose and satellite assembly is cradled, and comes down in a harness at an approximate 45-degree angle to help protect the satellite assembly. This kit includes a 12-page instruction manual with loads of diagrams and drawings to help ease the assembly. It also has a full decal sheet and extra wrap template in case the first one doesn't turn out correctly. It's rated as a skill level 4, and is a modeling masterpiece to behold.

This kit comes with our exclusive Quick-Change Motor Mount system. This system allows the rocketeer to replace the "power house" to any of a number of configurations, as easily as swapping out a spent motor casing. It comes with your choice of either a cluster of four 24mm motors or a single 29mm motor mount. Additional configurations are available at a cost of $8.50 each.

All centering rings are made from aircraft plywood. The main body tubes are the extra heavy-duty LOC & AT tubing. The 29mm motor tube is PML's phenolic tubing. The 24mm motor tubes are our exclusive, heavy-duty, metallic-lined motor tubes.

After 3/15/01 the price will be set at $95.00.

bullet

10-04-00 --- Our 1/10th Scale Nike-Smoke is now available for sale.  This great looking kit features a HUGE balsa nose cone.  It offers exceptional performance using either a 24mm motor mount or a two 18mm cluster mount.  Check it out and order yours today!

bullet

09-25-00 --- As you can see, we've made a major renovation!  We hope you'll like the new system.  Two of the major improvements are the addition of a Shopping Cart system for placing your orders, and the ability to pay us with a credit card using PayPal.

We have 2 new kits that are available now, the Merlin and the G-Series educator rockets.  We will soon be releasing the Juno-1, Nike-Smoke, Honest John and Dizzy Lawn Dart.

We will still be releasing the Saturn Launch Tower.  It's just taken us MUCH longer than we anticipated to make it a build-able kit.  Beta versions have gone out to select builders and we're compiling their findings to see if we need to make any last changes to the design or documentation.

TMRK is now accepting inquiries from dealers who'd like to carry our kits.  If you're interested in selling the quality kits that TMRK produces, please contact us at sales@truemodeler.com.

We are now offering a number of new sizes of Parachutes available in four different colors.  We can also custom make a specific size chute upon request.

bullet

09-18-99 --- We now have our Quick-Change Motor Mounts available for sale!  Check out the all the motor combinations we're now offering.  If there's a cluster combination you don't see here, just ask.  We can probably do it for you.

TMRK is one of the companies that helped finance Saturn Press so they could release the third edition of Rockets of the World.   You can check out our great pricing on this book on our new Publications page.

You can be the first kid on your block to wear our great looking TMRK logo!  We now offer our logo on a quality baseball cap.  You can get more info on our new Apparel page.

We've added a Feedback page.  Here we will post all of the comments our customers send us.  We post both the good and the bad.   There's a number of comments there already for you to peruse.

We are close to releasing the Jupiter-C kit you've all been asking about.  I've added some new photos of this kit in an unfinished form on the Sneak Previews page.
